I help people get to where they want to be. Be that an athlete who wants to get stronger or faster or someone who wants to lose weight and feel more confident about themselves. I even sometimes teach qualifications for others to be personal trainers. Nutrition is my main area, training in the gym is the easy part, its what you put in your mouth the rest of the time that makes the difference. Will help you live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
