I have spent most of my life yoyo dieting, going up to over 20 stone at one stage.  I understand how hard it is to motivate yourself to exercise, and to change your eating habits.

As an older personal trainer I appreciate the fear that people have about going to a gym, but it is never too late and I can help you on your new journey and rid you of your fears.

Exercise should be an enjoyable pursuit, resulting in improving your wellbeing, helping you lose weight and being fitter.
